Mario found a baby squirrel that fell from her nest, and he rehabbed Stella until she could live in the wild again. She loved to sit on his head during modeling sessions.

A portion of sale proceeds will go to Project Food Riverside, an organization Mario works tirelessly for.

Mario/Stella won Honorable Mention in the 57th Annual Mother Lode Art Exhibition in November 2023.
